The skiing area is huge with 265km of slopes. All kinds of levels are represented. At the top the resort, you can have a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc.

The resort has been built in the 60's through Breuer project (a famous architect, specialist of concrete). There are 3 levels : Flaine Front de Neige, Flaine Forum and Flaine Forêt. It's not a very big resort. It's sunny, well organised (cars are not allowed in the resort, there are car parks outside and free shuttle buses to travel in the resort). Sport and family are very important. Moreover, family activities are organized every week : shows, dog sledding, fireworks, tasting barbapapas.

About the Riding
There are 3 parks:
- Kid's Park (Morillon area) : for children between 5 to 12 years old
- Septimountain Jampark (Samoens area) : for all
- Jampark Pro (Flaine area) : for high level freestylers
